This one’s a brink with spindly arms that extend eastward, and it contains western Palm Beach and Broward. Palm Beach and Broward have both extremely Democratic in past presidential elections (2008 - 2016). The unopposed incumbent Alcee L. Hastings (D) has been in the House since 2013 and had a long political career as a representative and judge before that.
