With Representative Carol Shea-Porter not running for re-election, New Hampshire’s 1st congressional district will see Democrat Chris Pappas and Republican Eddie Edwards vie for an open seat. Although both Romney and Trump won in the district, Democrats won in House elections each of the past two races. The district is 66.7% urban and 93.6% white.
