New York District 16 includes Westchester County’s southern half and the northern half of Bronx, including Mount Vernon, Yonkers, and Rye resulting in a diverse income demographic.  This district has been strongly Democratic: more than 75% of votes were Democratic in the Presidential 2012 and 2016 elections and in the 2014 midterm elections. Former Guidance Counselor and School Teacher, Democratic incumbent Eliot Engel is running unopposed. Our predicted outcome is Democratic using only fundamentals.
