New York District 17 occupies New York’s Southern region which includes all of Rockland County and some of Westchester County. Democratic incumbent Nita Lowey is running unopposed to rebuild the middle class and improve quality of life. In the previous three elections, midterm election included, between 55 and 60% of the popular votes went towards the Democratic candidate in district 17. Our predicted outcome is Democratic using only fundamentals.
