North Carolina’s fourth congressional district includes approximately two-thirds of the state’s capital Raleigh, and also covers the cities of Chapel Hill and Carrboro. 47.63% of the district’s population identifies as non-Hispanic white, 54.5% of the population hold at least a bachelor’s degree, and the median household income is $70,587.
