Pennsylvania’s fourth district takes the northwest parts of Philadelphia in old district 13 and expands into Montgomery County, making the district less democratic. The democrat Madeleine Dean and republican Dan David are competing for an open seat. Dean is a former attorney and state legislator who seeks to provide healthcare for all and end gun violence. David is a former businessman who has focused on removal of financial corruption and plans to do the same in Congress.
