Texas’ 12th congressional district is a small, approximately rectangular region in northeastern Texas. It is 87% urban, 65% white, and 22% hispanic. The Republican incumbent, Kay Granger, has been in office since 1997, is vice chair of the House Republican Conference, and opposed Donald Trump’s campaign in 2016. She won with 69% of the vote in 2016 and 71% in 2014. The Democratic challenger, Vanessa Adia, is a teacher and refuses to accept PAC donations. We have not found any polls for this district.
