Texas’ 14th congressional district lies to the southeast of Houston, along the coast. It is 87% urban, 51% white, and 25% hispanic. The Republican incumbent, Randy Weber, has been in office since 2013. He founded an air-conditioning company in 1982 and was a city councilman for six years before his election to congress. He won re-election with 62% of the vote in 2016 and 2014. The Democratic challenger, Adrienne Bell, is a teacher who has never held elected office. We have not found any polls for this district.
