Texas’ 9th congressional district is an approximately rectangular region just southwest of Houston. It is 99.97% urban, 39% hispanic, and 37% black. The Democratic incumbent, Al Green, has been in office since 2005. He won with 80% of the vote in 2016. This year, here is a Libertarian candidate but no Republican one. We have not found any polls for this district.
